Before enabling PriceLabs, build one dated file covering account and product, PMS/channel/unit mapping, exchanged data, rate and stay rules, rule hierarchy, sync and alerts, pilot ownership, and rollback.

Imported listings do not receive automated rates until sync is enabled. Removing a restriction may leave the last pushed value in the connected system, so rollback must replace and verify values before automation is disabled.

The event listing starts a review. It does not prove fit.

The official Glamping Show Americas 2026 map lists PriceLabs at booth 338. PriceLabs has a current page for campgrounds, RV parks and holiday parks that includes cabins, tents and yurts. Those sources place the platform in the market; they do not establish results for a property.

UNIKOST has no documented partnership, reseller relationship or implementation role with PriceLabs. Contract terms, connector behavior, data accuracy, occupancy, ADR, revenue and return remain unproven for a prospective property.

Freeze the system

Record the account, product, connector and room map.

Save the contracting entity, account owner, modules, add-ons, billing unit, support, renewal, termination and export terms. The public privacy policy describes property, integration and incidental guest-data processing. Obtain contract-specific privacy and security records for the operator's own review.

Name the PMS and channel exactly. A brand-level integration listing does not define every field supported by the installed connector. Map each stable inventory ID to the public room, internal room, channel and pricing group; remove duplicate, retired and test records before sync.

Write the rules

Make floors, ceilings and exceptions predictable.

Define base rate, absolute floor, review ceiling, minimum stay, advance-booking window, last-minute treatment and dates requiring manual approval for each inventory group. The property budget and guest promise set those boundaries, not a software default.

PriceLabs documents rules at account, group, subgroup and listing level, plus date-specific overrides. Its hierarchy page says listing settings generally take priority and that minimum-stay settings are all-or-nothing at the active level. Test ordinary, event, shoulder, last-minute and gap dates until the team can name the rule that wins.

Every override needs an owner, reason, start, end and review date. Keep a change log with the old value, new value, affected listings, approver and post-sync checks. Do not use a rate override to hide an inventory closure.

Control sync

Observe the guest-facing result, not only the job status.

PriceLabs says standard automatic sync runs once every 24 hours and that manual sync can push an update when price sync is enabled. Additional or real-time sync may be a separate paid option for supported systems. Verify the purchased plan and connector.

Name the authoritative system, expected window, time zone, acceptable delay, manual-sync permissions and failed-update escalation. Compare a sample of near-term and event dates in PriceLabs, the PMS, direct booking engine and every live channel.

Pilot and rollback

Start small and preserve a known manual state.

Pilot one clearly mapped inventory group. Review recommendations before sync, then activate only after expected and actual values match. Stop for an out-of-band rate, wrong restriction, mapping defect, repeated sync failure, channel mismatch or missing staff coverage.

PriceLabs warns that disabling some restriction customizations may leave the last pushed value in the PMS or OTA. Apply safe replacement values, sync, verify the PMS and guest-facing calendar, and only then disable the rule or price sync. Maintain a manual rate sheet for the booking window.

Does PriceLabs automatically change rates as soon as listings are imported?

PriceLabs says imported listings are not pushed to the PMS or OTA until Enable Price Sync is turned on. Review mapping, prices and restrictions before activation.

How often does PriceLabs sync?

The current help article says standard automatic sync runs once every 24 hours. Additional or real-time sync may require a paid add-on and a supported integration.

Can an operator override an automated recommendation?

PriceLabs documents date-specific overrides for price, minimum stay and check-in or check-out rules. Record who may create an override, why it exists and when it expires.

Does disabling a rule remove its last value from the PMS?

Not always. PriceLabs warns that the last pushed restriction may remain. Apply the desired replacement, sync it, verify it and then disable the customization.
