Land
Access, utilities, local review and demand.
Land · Structures · Delivery · Hospitality
UNIKOST helps landowners and hospitality operators move from site feasibility and structure selection to delivery, opening and the first guest.
Choose your starting point
Start with access, utilities, local constraints, demand and the guest experience the land can support.

Explore this pathFrom land to first guest
A successful destination is not the cabin alone. Each decision changes the technical path, installed cost and opening plan that follows it.

Two technical pathways
We identify the likely pathway early, then define the engineering, approvals and installed scope needed to test it properly.
For projects where the structure is placed on the property and coordinated with site-specific foundation, utilities and local approval requirements.

Technical pathway
Before you start
No. The strongest starting point is usually the property, the intended guest and the commercial goal. A model can then be tested against those conditions.
No. Only eligible designs move into the UNIKO pathway, and every derivative is subject to its own engineering, pilot and certification gates.
Yes. Send the model, location and basic site information to receive the relevant pricing range and terms. A call is offered when it will materially help the review.
No. Scope can extend from early feasibility and model selection through delivery coordination, installation planning and hospitality opening readiness.
