Direct answer
Keep one guest-transport operating file for every rentable unit. Connect the reservation and party size to the assigned vehicle, arrival window, training or key handoff, route, luggage plan, mobility information, amenity access, service contact and breakdown fallback.
Rehearse an early arrival, a late arrival, a missed training window, a guest who cannot use the assigned vehicle, a failure after dark and a room move between lodging types.
Relationship boundary
The directory listing starts the file. It does not prove results.
The official 2026 exhibitor profile lists ReTreet Resort & Spa at booth 418. ReTreet's current pages describe 21 rentals on 40 acres: six treehouses, six glamping tents, five tiny cottages and four two-bedroom cabins.
UNIKOST has no documented partnership, show-attendance claim, endorsement, project role or access to ReTreet's private operating data. The public pages do not establish compliance, vehicle safety, insurance terms, occupancy, revenue, return or a client result.
Map the room and route
Give each room an exact path from check-in to the front door.
ReTreet publishes four lodging types and links to a property map. Its FAQ says personal vehicles do not reach the rentals. Turn that condition into a unit register with the entrance, stairs or ramp, walking surface, distance, assigned vehicle, capacity, luggage space and emergency approach.
Room categories do not settle the details. ReTreet describes ramp entries and no stairs for its glamping tents, while the treehouse page describes a built-in staircase to a loft bedroom. Confirm the exact unit when a guest asks about access.
The unit-type comparison helps an owner compare structure families. This operating file begins after the inventory exists and controls how each reservation reaches the correct door.
Control the handoff
Bind arrival instructions and training to the reservation.
ReTreet publishes two arrival paths. Treehouse, cottage and tent reservations include a two-seat golf cart and may use emailed contactless instructions. Cabin reservations include a six-seat ATV and require an in-person safety handoff.
Record the party size, arrival estimate, vehicle type, asset number, credential, training status, condition, charge or fuel and return point. A room move can also change the vehicle, route and training requirement.
Write the late-arrival decision in advance. Name the person who can conduct the handoff, the guest waiting point, the luggage method and the fallback when the planned training cannot happen. The guest-operations guide covers the wider arrival sequence.
Connect services
Use the same map for staff, amenities and paid services.
Housekeeping, maintenance, waste, linens and emergency response use the same paths as guests. Each route needs time windows and a vehicle plan that does not conflict with arrivals.
ReTreet's FAQ lists shared amenities, a self-service Tree Store and a Nordic Cycle Station. Spa services are booked and paid for through Leaf & Stone Spa. Keep the room, amenity and spa records traceable when separate systems handle them.
Pet rules also vary by room type in the FAQ. Put those rules in inventory and booking. The add-ons guide covers offer design; this file controls delivery and ownership.
Test access and fallback
Publish room facts and rehearse failures before opening the route.
ReTreet's FAQ says the property does not have ADA units at this time. It also describes selected room features and says guests use a golf cart to reach the rental. Those are first-party statements, not a legal conclusion about a room or route.
DOJ Title III regulations address reservations at places of lodging, including accessible booking access and information about accessible features. Use a unit-level feature sheet and qualified review for the property's applicable requirements.
Test a contactless arrival, a trained cabin arrival, a room move, a vehicle fault and a request for a different access arrangement. Stop the launch when staff cannot locate the guest, vehicle or fallback from one record.
Use the opening-readiness guide to assign closure evidence. The project calculator can expose dependencies; it is not a transport-capacity, safety, accessibility, code, insurance, occupancy, price, revenue or return calculator.
Control file
Keep six records for every room and route.
| Record | Minimum evidence | Decision it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Unit and route | Room, entrance, path, distance, lighting | Whether the guest can reach the room |
| Vehicle assignment | Asset, capacity, key, condition, charge or fuel | What carries the party and luggage |
| Arrival handoff | Instructions, window, training, owner, late plan | Whether check-in can finish as booked |
| Service route | Housekeeping, maintenance, deliveries, amenities | Whether staff and guest movements conflict |
| Access information | Unit facts, route details, escalation | What staff can accurately tell the guest |
| Exception response | Spare, contact, waiting point, room move, log | How the stay continues after failure |
FAQ
Questions to resolve before the guest arrives.
Is ReTreet Resort & Spa listed at Glamping Show Americas 2026?
Yes. The official exhibitor profile lists ReTreet Resort & Spa in Scottsboro, Alabama, at booth 418. The listing does not prove attendance, endorsement, performance or a UNIKOST relationship.
How many lodging units does ReTreet publicly describe?
The current ReTreet FAQ describes 21 units: six treehouses, six glamping tents, five tiny cottages and four two-bedroom cabins. This is a dated first-party statement, not an audited count.
Why include a golf cart or ATV in the room operating file?
ReTreet connects vehicle type and check-in procedure to the lodging category and says personal vehicles do not reach the rentals. A comparable property needs the transport assignment, route, training and fallback ready with the room.
Does a ramp or walk-in shower establish an accessible unit?
No. A feature description alone does not establish compliance or usability for a specific guest. Record exact room and route features, train the reservation team and obtain qualified review for applicable requirements.
Does UNIKOST operate, sell or represent ReTreet Resort?
No documented partnership, sales authority, endorsement or project role exists. This is an independent source-led operator case.
