Direct answer

Before treating a Pebble Flow as glamping inventory, build one dated file with seven parts: legal seller and exact model year; specifications and options; intended use and placement; tow, arrival and set; electrical and charging; water and wastewater; and guest access, software, service, warranty and emergency procedures.

Do not translate “off grid” into bookable nights. Test the actual load, sun, recharge, water use, waste service and recovery plan for the site.

Relationship boundary

The show listing starts the file. It does not approve the site.

Glamping Show Americas lists Pebble at booth 901 and links to the current company site. Pebble presents the Flow as an all-electric travel trailer with towing assistance, automated setup, a 45 kWh battery, optional solar, tanks, climate control and connected controls.

UNIKOST has no documented partnership, dealer relationship or project role with Pebble. Public pages do not establish property approval, commercial-rental terms for a specific order, site fit, accessibility, installed cost or operating result.

Confirm the trailer

Freeze the model year, layout and selected options.

Pebble’s current page is headed “Specifications for the 2027 Pebble Flow.” It publishes dimensions, dry and gross weights, ground clearance, entrance width, battery, tanks and sleeping capacity. These are dated first-party specifications, not measurements for every delivered unit.

Record the legal seller, model year, serial or VIN when available, edition, floor plan and options. Attach the same specification revision to the order, site drawing, tow review, utility schedule, commissioning and warranty record. Distinguish dry weight from the trip condition with water, supplies, owner-added items and cargo.

Use the manufacturer due-diligence checklist for the company and product record. It does not decide whether a travel trailer may serve as lodging on the parcel.

Define movement

Choose whether the asset moves or stays.

Magic Hitch, Easy Tow, Remote Control and InstaCamp address coupling, towing, maneuvering, leveling, stabilizing and steps. A moving unit still needs a tow vehicle, rated capacities, route, driver procedure, charging stops and custody record. A unit left in place still needs inspection and service access plus a clear removal route.

Automatic leveling does not design the pad. Request allowable slopes, wheel and stabilizer contact requirements, drainage clearance and long-term deployment limits. Mark turns, grades, gates, trees and soft ground that affect the actual tow and service equipment.

The delivery planning guide can organize route, custody, staging and acceptance without treating the trailer as a cabin.

Plan utilities

Turn battery and tank capacity into service cycles.

Pebble currently lists a 45 kWh LFP battery, a 12 kW inverter, 1.1 kW rooftop solar, optional solar input up to 4 kW, AC charging and CCS1 DC fast charging. Build an hourly load profile for HVAC, water heating, cooking, refrigeration, controls, housekeeping and guest devices. Then define recharge access, utility capacity, cable protection, metering and the low-state-of-charge closure rule.

Current pages also list 40 gallons of fresh water, 37 gallons of gray water and 18 gallons of black water. Auto Dump describes transfer equipment, not an approved disposal method. Map supply, fill, use, monitoring, dump, treatment or disposal, rinsing and spill response.

Use the remote power and HVAC guide and the wastewater comparison to structure those files. Neither validates a Pebble site.

Open the room

Test access, software, service and failure response.

A 29-inch entrance door and automated steps do not establish an accessible guest room or route. Where requirements apply, coordinate the exterior route, changes in level, entrance, controls, bathroom and emergency information with the project team and authority.

Pebble describes app control, updates and remote diagnostics. Use a property-controlled account where permitted. Record administrators, devices, recovery, staff roles, cellular dependency, update approval and offboarding. Test what remains available without connectivity or the primary control device.

Ask for the warranty tied to the exact edition and intended commercial use. Then commission the stocked room: setup, charging, HVAC, hot water, tank monitoring, waste procedure, alarms, loss of connectivity and a support request. Save the result by unit identifier.

The hospitality-before-build guide helps test arrival, housekeeping, maintenance and departure before the booking calendar opens.

Comparison rule

Compare complete guest-site files.

Confirmed public evidence includes the show listing, booth 901, the linked Pebble site, current 2027 specifications and first-party descriptions of power, Auto Dump, automation, support and warranty. The buyer still needs the seller, exact order, placement path, site design, tow plan, utility design, service coverage, commercial-use terms and acceptance record.

Do not compare battery capacity with another unit’s off-grid duration or a towable product with a fixed room that already includes site work. Make every column describe the same deliverable and operating state.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before shortlisting.

Is Pebble Flow an off-grid glamping unit?

Pebble markets the Flow for off-grid use and publishes battery, solar and tank specifications. Whether it can support a glamping stay depends on the actual loads, weather, shade, recharge method, water use, waste plan, service cycle and closure rules.

Can Pebble Flow remain on one site?

The public pages describe a travel trailer and its automated towing and setup systems. A property considering long-term placement should document the intended use, site requirements, inspection and service access, removal route and the determinations of the relevant project team and authorities.

Does the 45 kWh battery establish how many nights it can operate?

No. Battery capacity is one input. HVAC, hot water, cooking, refrigeration, standby loads, weather, solar production and recharge strategy determine the operating cycle.

Does Auto Dump solve the wastewater plan?

No. It describes equipment for moving waste from the trailer. The property still needs an approved collection, transfer, treatment or disposal method, a service schedule and spill and failure procedures.

Does UNIKOST sell or represent Pebble?

No documented partnership, dealer relationship or project role exists. This is an independent buyer-side profile based on the official event directory, Pebble current pages and public technical guidance.
