The larger participation figure includes attendees, exhibitors and speakers. The 1,400 figure covers verified attendees. The recap also lists 1,010 companies, 17 countries and an 81 percent onsite verification rate. Keep those labels attached when the figures move into a brief or deck.
Badge counts do not reveal how many people controlled an active project, approved budget or entitled site. They should not be converted into market demand, revenue or sales conversion.

Match every brochure, photograph and statement to the exact company and model. Ask each finalist for the same fields: legal entity, drawing revision, options, included and excluded work, production basis, freight and set boundary, warranty route, payment milestones and change control.
